An international, multilingual conference bringing together scholars, artists, and practitioners to explore, reinterpret, and extend the transformative feminist and posthumanist thought of Rosi Braidotti.
Rhizome Rosi is an international, multilingual conference that brings together researchers, artists, and practitioners to engage critically and creatively with the work of Rosi Braidotti. Designed as an intergenerational meeting ground, the gathering invites contemporary re-readings and extensions of Braidotti’s influential contributions to feminism, posthumanism, nomadic theory, vital materialism, and the critique of knowledge production.
Featuring traditional papers and experimental formats, the conference explores how Braidotti’s rhizomatic approach offers new ethical, political, and imaginative resources for navigating today’s ecological, social, and technological crises.
Organized by leading French academic institutions in partnership with Reid Hall, this event invites proposals across three thematic axes: nomadism and becoming; posthumanism, ethics, and politics; and representation, resistance, and speculative imagination.
